Rick comes down and takes care of my problem and brings another guy to help finish the job. My shop had frozen pipes and cracked meters and I was up and running within two hours when I was concerned I would have to shut down my shop for days. Nicest guys around, best service you can find, and everyone I've ever met from Premier really cares about their customers. Give 'em a call, you can't go wrong with Premier.
