  The ankeny location is significantly more depressing than most businesses. Associate availability was absolutely absent, and the overall feel of the store was depressing with insufficient lighting overall. Found a cigarette on the gaming floor, and many of the products were misplaced. For a store that small the selection in some departments was OK, but for the most part incredibly limited, but mainly because of the size they have to work with. We weren't helped by anyone, not because nobody asked, but because for 15 mins we didn't find any associates besides one that was already helping another customer.

  Was very satisfied with the sales-person who showed us the philips hue lighting system. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the correct smart-lighting system to meet our needs. Very happy with the cashier as well, the young lady was very pleasant and quick to get us checked out and home to try out the new toys. The store was clean and the prices were only a few pennies more than Amazon.

  The salesman who help me was on me the minute I walked in the door.told him what I was looking for and he lead me right to it. Explained different features of different models to help me make my decision. I then needed two other items, asked if they sold them there and again he walked me right to the items and helped me find two items by the title I needed. Very professional to work with. With his help I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes instead of my planned 1/2 hour plus, as I didn't know where the different items were. I will definitely go back to this store to shop. It was a real pleasure to see someone so courteous, and knowledgeable about their products. Thank you.

  I called trying to get information on some products. When I finally talked to a real person he would NOT transfer my call to ANY department. He basically said information is on line so you don't need to talk to a salesman. And although their Departments do have phone number extentions, there are not for public knowledge and would not transfer my call to any department. It was the most discouraging phone made because it was a waste of time and it accomplished the least. So if you want information, don't call.
